Is Shipping Included?
YES. Shipping is included in the price that you see on the website. If shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or some rural areas we will contact you to discuss the additional shipping cost.
Where does THE PLUG ship out of?
Part of the reason that our prices are so low is because we DO NOT CARRY THE FINANCIAL burden of Huge Warehouses and Carrying Costs. Everything will ship from THE PLUG "Partner" Warehouses located in Dallas, Chicago, Minneapolis, Indy and Denver.
Is there a warranty on THE PLUG's Products?
Absolutely! ALL Products carry between a 3-5 Season Full Warranty. If you have a problem, simply let us know and we will take care of it.
Can I pick products up from THE PLUG?
Yes, THE PLUG orders can be picked up from ANY of the Warehouses that were listed (certain hours and days apply).
PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL ORDERS MUST BE ORDERED 24 HOUR PRIOR TO PICK-UP.
What Happens if I lose My Christmas Plug?
