In 1997, Josh co-founded National Decor and Lighting, which later became WeHangChristmasLights.com—one of the longest-running Christmas light installation companies in the United States. Since then, he has helped expand the business into a network of independently operated locations serving more than 100 cities nationwide, while continuing to provide training and support for industry professionals.

Josh's passion for helping others grow led him to co-found the Christmas Light Installation Pros Association (CLIPA) in 2017. Through education, training events, and industry resources, he has helped countless installers build successful businesses and raise the standard of professional holiday lighting.
